You're Not Imagining It
You feel exhausted. Brain fog makes it hard to focus at work. Your periods are unpredictable or painful. The scale keeps creeping up no matter what you try. Your mood swings catch you off guard.
You’re doing all the “right” things. Hitting the gym. Eating your vegetables. Going to bed on time. Something’s still off.
Your doctor says your bloodwork is normal. Or gave you a PCOS or thyroid diagnosis but offered no clear next steps.
Your symptoms are real. There’s a reason you feel this way.
I help women understand what’s happening with their metabolic, hormonal, and immune health. We create a clear roadmap to address it naturally.

How I Work With You
Initial Consultation: Understanding Your Complete Picture
This is where we dig deep. Your health history. Current symptoms. What you’ve tried. Your lifestyle, nutrition, stress, sleep.
I take time to understand your complete picture. Symptoms always connect.
We discuss blood work or functional testing if needed, then create a roadmap for your body.
You leave with initial recommendations and a clear path forward.
Personalized Treatment Plans
Every woman is different. Your treatment plan is built specifically for you.
We focus on foundational health pillars: proper nutrition for your body, movement you actually enjoy, restorative sleep, and stress management that works in real life.
I combine clinical nutrition, targeted supplementation, lifestyle modifications, and when appropriate, we incorporate botanical medicine and other naturopathic treatments. Everything is evidence-based and designed for real-world implementation.
Follow-Up Care and Adjustments
Health isn’t linear. We adjust your plan as you progress.
Follow-up appointments let us review what’s working, troubleshoot challenges, refine your protocol, and celebrate wins. Small shifts matter.
Most women need follow-ups every 4-6 weeks initially, then we space them out as you gain momentum.
Let’s work together to restore your health
Why My Approach Is Different
My goal is simple. Move you from feeling confused and overwhelmed about your health to feeling educated, excited, and motivated.
You should understand what’s happening in your body. Why we’re doing what we’re doing. How to make sustainable changes that stick.
Through compassionate support and practical guidance, we build lasting habits that fit your actual life. Not some idealized version that adds more stress.
We look at metabolic function, hormone production and metabolism, inflammatory triggers, gut health, liver function, nutritional status, and nervous system regulation.
When we address foundations, multiple symptoms improve at once. Because everything is connected.
I competed as a Division I NCAA swimmer at the University of Arizona. I know what it takes to show up consistently, even when it’s hard.
I also know that perfection isn’t the goal. Sustainability is.
My treatment plans are built around habits you can maintain long-term. Because that’s where lasting change happens. Not in extreme protocols you can’t stick with.
I graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. During my time in school I also completed a two-year mentorship with Dr. Tanya Lee, ND, focusing on autoimmune conditions and cardio-metabolic health concerns.
I’m registered with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO), which regulates naturopathic practice in Ontario. I’m also a member of the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND) and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND).
My approach combines evidence-based natural medicine with practical lifestyle strategies. Every recommendation is backed by science and tailored to your unique situation.
