About Dr. Claire Lockridge, ND
My Mission
I help women understand what’s happening in their bodies and address metabolic, hormonal, and inflammatory issues naturally. My goal is to move you from feeling overwhelmed and frustrated to feeling educated, excited, and motivated to make changes that actually last.
Meet Dr. Claire Lockridge, ND
I grew up playing every sport I could get into. Swimming became the one that stuck. I competed as a Division I NCAA athlete at the University of Arizona on a four-year athletic scholarship. Those years taught me something important about health. It’s not one thing. It’s how nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress management work together.
I completed my Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Nutrition at the University of Arizona, then moved to Toronto for naturopathic medicine at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM). I graduated in May 2022 after four years of training in biomedical sciences, clinical diagnosis, and natural therapeutics.
After graduation, I spent two years in a clinical mentorship with Dr. Tanya Lee, ND, focused on autoimmune conditions and cardio-metabolic health. That mentorship shaped how I approach immune, metabolic, and inflammatory health today.
My Approach to Your Health
Your doctor says your bloodwork is normal. Or handed you a PCOS diagnosis with nothing but birth control as a solution. I hear this all the time.
I don’t offer quick fixes. They don’t work anyway. Instead, we identify what’s actually driving your symptoms. Hormonal changes. Metabolic dysfunction. Chronic inflammation. Immune issues. Then we address root causes while building foundations that support long-term wellness.
This takes time. I spend 60-90 minutes in initial consultations because your health picture is complex. Symptoms, lifestyle, stressors, goals. Everything connects.
Consistency is the hardest part of improving health. Perfection isn’t the goal. Progress is. We build habits around nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress management that fit your actual life.

What I Treat
I work with women experiencing health concerns where metabolic, hormonal, and immune issues intersect.
Metabolic Health
Weight that won’t budge despite healthy habits. Blood sugar problems. Pre-diabetes. Cardiovascular concerns. We address insulin sensitivity, inflammation, and hormonal balance together.
Hormonal Health
PCOS. PMS. PMDD. Heavy menstrual bleeding. Irregular cycles. I focus on what’s driving your hormonal imbalance rather than just managing symptoms with birth control or medication.
Stress and Burnout
Running on empty. Coffee stopped working. Sleep doesn’t restore you. Chronic stress disrupts everything from hormones to digestion to weight. We work on nervous system regulation and building real resilience.
Immune Health
Catching every cold. Autoimmune flares. Chronic inflammation showing up as joint pain or skin issues. My approach addresses root causes of immune dysfunction, not just symptoms.
Detoxification and Liver Health
Your liver processes hormones, filters toxins, and supports metabolism. We support your body’s natural detoxification pathways to improve hormone regulation, immune function, and overall vitality.

Beyond the Clinic
When I’m not working with patients, you’ll find me in the kitchen. Cooking is my creative outlet. I love experimenting with new ingredients and finding ways to make healthy food actually taste good. I share simple meal ideas and cooking inspiration on YouTube and Instagram because eating well shouldn’t feel complicated.
I’m also an avid reader. Romance novels, historical fiction, fantasy series.
Regular movement is still a big part of my life. I believe exercise should be joyful, not punishing. That shows up in the movement recommendations I give patients.
