Pricing and Appointment Options
All appointments can be completed in person or virtually at Annex Naturopathic Clinic (800 Bathurst St #301, Toronto). You must be a resident of Ontario and physically located in Ontario at the time of your appointment.

A phone call to see if we’re a good fit.
I’ll ask what you’re looking for help with. You can ask questions about naturopathic medicine, the clinic, or my practice. This gives us both clarity before you commit to an initial consultation.
No advice is provided during this call. It’s just a conversation to determine if working together makes sense.
Initial Naturopathic Consultation
Your first appointment.
We cover your complete health history, current symptoms, what you’ve already tried, and your goals. I review your lifestyle, nutrition, stress levels, sleep quality, and any relevant medical records or previous test results.
You leave with initial recommendations and a clear treatment plan. We discuss whether additional blood work or functional testing would be helpful.
This appointment is required before booking any follow-ups or acute appointments.
Follow Up Appointments
30 Minutes | $120
45 Minutes | $175
60 Minutes | $210
Acute Naturopathic Appointment
For existing patients only.
Quick check-ins for acute concerns like a cold, minor infection, or short-term symptom management. Not suitable for complex issues or a regular follow up.
Insurance Coverage
Most extended health insurance plans in Ontario cover naturopathic services. We provide detailed receipts for insurance submission. Contact the clinic directly to confirm your specific coverage details before booking.
Payment and Cancellation
Payment is due at the time of your appointment. We accept major credit cards, debit, and e-transfer.
Cancellations require 48 hours notice. Late cancellations between 24-48 hours are charged 50% of the appointment fee. Late cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments are charged the full appointment fee.
We do require a credit card on file to secure initial appointments.
